  • Menu data: Categories, dishes, descriptions, prices, images, and optional 3D model files.
  • Payment information: We store transaction IDs from our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • Usage data: Login times, pages viewed, and device/browser information for security and improving the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service: Display your menu publicly, process payments, and deliver the features you use.
  • Improve the platform: Use analytics to enhance features and fix issues.
  • Customer support: Respond to your inquiries and requests.
  • Legal compliance: Comply with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We work with the following service providers to operate the Service:

  • Authentication: To manage your account and sign-in.
  • Database hosting: To store your restaurant and menu data.
  • File storage: To store images and 3D models.
  • Payment processing: To process subscription and one-time payments.

Your published menu is publicly accessible via your custom link. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where applicable, row-level security on the database, and access controls for our team. We take reasonable steps to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data.
  • Correct: Update your information in Settings.
  • Delete: Request account and data deletion.
  • Export: Download your menu data (e.g. for backup).
