1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Menzo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Menzo provides a cloud-based platform for restaurants to create, manage, and publish digital menus, including QR codes, custom branding, and optional 3D/AR models for menu items. Depending on your plan, the Service may also include: point-of-sale (POS) features such as orders, tables, kitchen order tickets (KOT), and billing; inventory management (ingredients, stock levels, recipes, purchase orders, low-stock alerts); staff management (roles, attendance, shifts, leave, and payroll); and WhatsApp ordering integration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis per restaurant, with optional add-ons and one-time payments for 3D/AR models.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Restaurant owners and managers use the dashboard with full or assigned permissions. Staff members may have accounts with limited access (e.g. to view their own attendance, shifts, payroll, and leave).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Plans: Subscription plans include Menu, Menu + POS, Menu + POS + Inventory, and Complete (Menu + POS + Inventory + Staff). Pricing is per restaurant and is shown on the website and in your dashboard. Billing is typically annual; equivalent per-month pricing may be displayed for reference.
- Add-ons: Add-ons such as WhatsApp ordering or 3D/AR models may be available depending on your plan. Details and pricing are in the dashboard Subscription page.
- Payment: Once payment is completed, the relevant features go live. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must renew manually to continue service.
- End-of-subscription: We may send an email after your subscription ends. You are responsible for monitoring your subscription status in the dashboard.
- Cancellation: Cancel via your dashboard or by contacting support. No refund is provided for the current billing period after payment.
- Refunds: Pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time may be requested by email within 7 days of charge. No refunds for 3D model payments after activation.
- Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice before changing prices.
5. User Content
You own your menu content (text, images, 3D models). You grant Menzo a license to store, display, and serve your content as part of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for illegal, defamatory, or obscene content; to infringe trademarks or copyrights; to upload malware; or to abuse platform resources. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Intellectual Property
Menzo owns the platform, including its code, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Menzo harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
